- Develop and implement national sales strategies, target multi-site clients, and drive new business development.
- Manage and mentor a sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts, providing tailored solutions and ensuring client retention.
- Lead contract negotiations, track key performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience in facilities management or related B2B services
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role, either as a player-coach or manager.
- Proven track record of developing and executing national sales strategies, managing large accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build C‑suite relationships and manage a sales team effectively.
Location: This is a remote role where candidates can be based in the Greater Charlotte, NC Area or remote within the Eastern or Central time zones; Limited travel anticipated.
Total Comp: $240,000 - $270,000
