Primary responsibilities include:
Inspect incoming freight and packages for defects or damage, accurately record discrepancies, and notify supervisors in a timely manner.
Stage, palletize, tag, and organize raw materials and finished goods for storage or production use, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.
Prepare shipping documents, coordinate outbound freight, and utilize systems such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and MIS for recordkeeping and tracking.
Conduct cycle counts, full physical inventories, and reconcile stock discrepancies while maintaining accurate inventory control records.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and material handling.

Proficiency in using Excel, Word, email, and management information systems (MIS).
Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
