Job Description:

Seeking a VP or Director to join a small, high‑impact Global Investment Strategy team reporting directly to the Chief Investment Strategist. The client‑facing role centers on researching global markets and economies, analyzing data across asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, currencies, and alternatives), and shaping firmwide investment views.

The candidate will work alongside their Senior Analyst in all aspects of the research process, including but not limited to the following:

Demonstrate strong knowledge of a wide variety of asset classes (stocks, bonds, commodities, derivatives, among others)

Perform complex financial analysis

Write regular reports on market events impacting different asset classes

Work with Senior Analyst to develop key themes

Develop databases integral to different research products

Participate and contribute to client meetings and events

Closely follow and understand market and industry

Seek out new, value-added, and/or unusual sources of information

Leverage our robust network of industry and internal analyst contacts

Interact regularly with clients

Qualifications

Bachelors' Degree or equivalent years of experience

Minimum of 4-7 years of experience

Along with Finance, should have an understanding of economics, macroeconomic factors, international affairs, and policy/politics

Strong writing and analytical skills, must be an expert at MS Word and MS Excel

Must enjoy working in databases and websites, and doing desktop and field research

Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Must have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task

Pay Transparency details

US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)

Pay range $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
