Key Responsibilities Strategic Tax Planning & Business Enablement
Lead the development and execution of global tax planning strategies that support business transformation, growth initiatives, and evolving operating models.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on tax implications of key business decisions, including new products, markets, legal entity structures, and supply chain changes.
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Development, and business leaders to embed tax considerations into strategic planning and execution.
Business Transformation & Growth Initiatives
Support enterprise transformation initiatives (e.g., changes in operating models, ERP implementations, shared services, and global process redesign) to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
Provide tax leadership for expansion into new jurisdictions, including permanent establishment, transfer pricing, and indirect tax considerations in collaboration with relevant teams.
Oversee global tax planning initiatives, including legal entity structures, intellectual property alignment, and cross‑border transactions.
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as a key liaison with external advisors, tax authorities (as appropriate), and internal stakeholders across regions.
Provide executive‑level communication and clear recommendations on complex tax matters to non‑tax stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Thought Leadership
Drive continuous improvement in tax planning processes, analytical capabilities, and use of data and technology.
Contribute to the development of the company’s overall tax strategy and long‑term tax vision.
Promote best practices in global tax planning, governance, and sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master of Accountancy, Taxation emphasis strongly preferred.
CPA or equivalent professional certification highly preferred.
13+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or a combination of both, with significant focus on tax planning and strategy.
Proven experience supporting large-scale business transformation, growth initiatives, and complex transactions in a multinational environment.
Deep knowledge of U.S. and international tax principles, including transfer pricing and cross-border tax planning.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, translate technical issues into business impact, and operate effectively in a fast‑changing environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $167,300 - $278,900
