We are seeking a proactive and structured

Demand Manager

to oversee the intake, assessment, prioritization and coordination of business and technology demands across

strategic initiatives, projects, and operational tasks . The Demand Manager will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, demand owners, delivery teams, and governance forums, ensuring all demands are aligned with corporate strategy, properly prioritized, and executed and documented efficiently. In addition, the Demand Manager shall engage to help to continuously improve the overall process. This role is key in ensuring that the organization’s resources are deployed to deliver maximum business value, while maintaining balance between long-term strategic goals, tactical projects, and day-to-day operational improvements. You’ll be based in Warsaw with occasional travel to Germany (up to 10%). Key Responsibilities Demand Intake & Assessment Manage the intake process for new demands, ensuring requirements, acceptance criteria and business impacts are clearly defined, documented and presented. Manage the meetings to agree categorization and assessment of demands as

strategic initiatives, projects, or operational improvements . Validate alignment with corporate priorities, stakeholders and ensure demands are ready for decision-making. Prepare and facilitate prioritization and decision-making processes with leadership, stakeholders and governance boards. Ensure resources are allocated to the most critical initiatives, balancing strategic, tactical, and operational needs. Provide structured overviews of pipeline demands, including dependencies, risks, and expected benefits or other impacts. Coordination & Alignment Act as a central liaison between demand owners,delivery teams and leadership. Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to prevent conflicts and optimize resource allocation. Support leadership in understanding the situation and balancing priorities across different demand clusters. Tracking & Reporting Maintain a consolidated demand pipeline and portfolio view for transparency across the organization. Track progress and status of demands, escalating risks and delays where needed. Provide regular reporting and dashboards on demand lifecycle, capacity, and delivery performance. Enhance demand management frameworks, processes, and tools to improve clarity and efficiency. Promote a culture of transparency and structured decision-making across business and delivery. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience in

demand management, portfolio management, or program governance

within telecom or technology-driven environments. Strong knowledge of

governance frameworks, project lifecycle management, and operational process alignment . Excellent x-functional team player, stakeholder managementand facilitation skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholder wishes. Proficiency in portfolio/demand management tools (e.g. Jira) Strong & thorough analytical, organizational, documentation and communication skills. Language: German C1 OUR OFFER FOR YOU

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time. At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
