AI Solutions Presales Consultant (SaaS/IDP)

As a Presales Consultant, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of technology, product, and sales. From the very first customer conversation to handover to delivery teams, you’ll ensure the platform’s value is clearly understood, technically sound, and tailored to real customer needs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate business challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions — with plenty of room to shape processes, influence the roadmap, and make a visible impact. What You’ll Do Support the full sales cycle with technical expertise from discovery and requirements analysis to contract signature. Lead in-depth technical workshops, analyse existing document processes, and design integration strategies that fit seamlessly into customer IT landscapes. Deliver compelling live demos that clearly showcase the platform’s value and accelerate customer decision-making. Bring customer feedback directly into Product and Engineering discussions, helping translate real-world needs into platform improvements. Act as a trusted advisor between technical and business stakeholders, contributing ideas, driving fast wins, and actively shaping the technology roadmap. What You Bring Must-Haves: Experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or technical consulting, ideally in a SaaS or AI environment Strong technical background (Master’s in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar), or a business background with strong IT expertise Hands-on experience with AI technologies, especially LLMs Ability to work with APIs and Jupyter Notebooks to test integrations and platform capabilities Strong ability to translate technical requirements into customer-centric solutions Confidence presenting complex technical concepts to C-level, business, and technical decision-makers Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or Machine Learning Background in automation, document workflows, or enterprise software environments You don’t meet every requirement but are eager to learn?
