As a
Sales Representative , you will own the full sales cycle across the
logistics and supply chain sector . You’ll act as a trusted advisor for digital process optimisation and help customers unlock efficiency through AI-powered solutions.
This role offers true entrepreneurial freedom to test new approaches and actively shape product-market fit.
What You’ll Do
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signature
Identify and engage logistics and supply chain companies with IDP needs
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Consultative Selling
Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions
Identify cross- and upselling opportunities
Build long-term, value-driven partnerships
Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and reporting
Monitor AI and automation market trends
Experiment with new sales strategies to drive growth
What You Bring Must-Haves
Several years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Strong consultative and negotiation skills
Fluent German and English
CRM experience and willingness to travel within DACH
Nice-to-Haves
Logistics or supply chain background
Exposure to AI or automation solutions
