About The Role SFG is seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship‑driven
Financial Advisor
to join our team. This opportunity will allow you to deliver personalized financial guidance while building strong long‑term relationships and to provide strategic planning solutions that help clients reach their financial and retirement goals. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about financial wellness, long‑term client support, professional growth, and networking relationships.
What You’ll Do
Manage and build a portfolio of clients through relationship‑based planning
Provide comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement, investment, insurance, and tax‑advantaged strategies
Prepare customized financial plans using firm‑approved planning software
Provide ongoing advice, portfolio reviews, and strategic recommendations
Stay current on market trends, planning strategies, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with team members and management to deliver high‑quality client experiences
Qualifications
Solid entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Individuals seeking a flexible schedule and possessing a strong work ethic
Passion for sales, networking, and helping others
Ability and willingness to obtain CFP®, Series 65/66 or other financial licenses (We Help)
Previous experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory roles (preferred but not required)
High integrity and a commitment to fiduciary‑level guidance
