Role Overview The Superintendent will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors and field crews, enforce safety standards, and drive schedule and quality from start to finish. You’ll serve as the on-site lead, coordinating closely with project management and internal teams to keep projects on track and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations on multifamily projects
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
Maintain safety standards and jobsite compliance
Coordinate with PMs and internal teams on schedule, budget, and progress
Read and interpret plans; resolve field issues proactively
Maintain site documentation, reporting, and communication
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily, renovation, or similar construction
Experience in affordable housing and/or occupied renovations strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety, and field coordination
Ability to work independently and travel full-time
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction software
OSHA 30 preferred
Per diem available
while traveling
100% travel required
(multi-state assignments following project completion)
Work location: On the road / project-based
