
Traveling Construction Superintendent
Sleepy Eye, MN (Travel Role)
$75,000–$120,000 DOE | Hotels Paid + Mileage
Start: February 22, 2026 | 3‑Year Contract
Aerotek is hiring a hands‑on Traveling Construction Superintendent to support equipment installs and site operations on agricultural facility projects. This role is for someone who works
in the field , stays close to the crews, and leads by doing—not a desk‑based PM.
What You’ll Do
Work directly on active construction sites
Coordinate equipment delivery and installation
Lead subcontractors in the field (electricians, installers, labor crews)
Troubleshoot issues on‑site and keep work moving
Manage daily schedules and final inspections
What We Need
Field‑first superintendent or construction lead
Comfortable jumping in to help crews and solve problems on‑site
Experience with commercial or agricultural construction
Strong communication and scheduling skills
Valid driver’s license

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
