
The Assistant Property Manager supports day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial assets, working closely with property management, accounting, and market-facing teams to maintain organized operations, strong tenant relationships, and consistent execution.
This position plays a key role in coordinating tenant requests, supporting vendor management, maintaining documentation, and assisting with operational reporting and property-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily property operations, tenant communication, and service request coordination
Support vendor scheduling, contract tracking, and insurance compliance
Maintain organized digital records including leases, correspondence, and property documentation
Coordinate with accounting on tenant billing questions, follow-ups, and documentation
Assist with property inspections, maintenance tracking, and operational reporting
Support tenant onboarding, move-ins, and general lease administration tasks
Work within property management platforms (MRI, Yardi or similar)
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial property management or real estate operations experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working in multi-tenant environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
