Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced

Business Development/Sales Engineer/Account Manager

to join our team and drive growth in the

RF & Optical Semiconductor markets within the Aerospace and Defense, Data Centers, Broadband Video, Telecommunications, Satellite communications sectors in the

Southeast territory: FL, GA, AL, MS, TN, SC, and NC

. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge of RF components and system-level sales, as well as a strategic mindset to engage with large accounts and identify new business opportunities.

5+ years of experience in RF & Optical Semiconductor sales with direct customer engagement.

Must have a proven background in selling RF components as well as systems & subassemblies, and securing multi-million dollar deals, with things like satellites, radars, and aerospace, data centers, broadband, satellite communications with semiconductor, optical, and RF.

Hunter mentality with the ability to pursue new business opportunities aggressively.

Experience in RF and optical technologies used in a variety of high-tech industries

Must be a U.S. citizen or ITAR compliance Greencard holder

Ability to travel within the assigned Southeast territory: FL, GA, AL, MS, TN, SC, and NC

An engineering degree is preferred (BSEE); strong technical acumen is required, with more than 10 years of experience if no engineering degree.

Demonstrated ability to qualify leads independently without heavy engineering support.

Experience navigating complex sales cycles and working with government contractors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic RF and optical accounts in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer roadmaps and company growth initiatives.

Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities with a focus on expanding the RF pallet product line.

Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

Lead proposal efforts and contract negotiations for multimillion-dollar opportunities.

Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.

Build relationships with key stakeholders in the government and defense sectors to uncover funding pathways and strategic opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and engagement.
