We are hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to drive retained and contingent searches at the highest level. Client Leadership & Business Development

Build, expand, and steward senior‑level client relationships through targeted outreach, referrals, and strategic partnership development. Lead discovery and scoping discussions with executive stakeholders, presenting TGC’s value proposition with clarity and authority. Design and deliver tailored recruiting strategies that address mission‑critical leadership needs. Negotiate service agreements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational priorities. Executive Talent Acquisition

Identify, engage, and place senior‑level and executive talent across diverse industries and functions. Conduct rigorous behavioral and competency‑based interviews, delivering curated shortlists and insights that enable informed hiring decisions. Manage the full lifecycle of the search process with discipline, transparency, and strategic judgment. What You Bring

Proven $200K+ annual gross margin production. Proven ability to cultivate and steward strategic relationships at the executive level. A performance‑driven mindset with the ability to operate independently and deliver consistently. Exceptional communication skills—articulate, polished, and persuasive. Strong client management capabilities with a commitment to excellence in service. Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Strong prioritization, organization, and time‑management skills. Entrepreneurial energy—competitive, resourceful, innovative, and resilient.
