
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Specialist
to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings
strong recruiting experience
along with hands‑on expertise in
ADP systems . While payroll processing is not the primary focus of the role, experience supporting or processing payroll is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing recruiting coordination with core HR administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles Manage applicant tracking processes and ensure a positive candidate experience Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and onboarding logistics HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and HR documentation Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions HRIS & System (ADP Required)
Utilize
ADP
for employee data management, reporting, and HR processes Maintain data integrity within ADP and ensure timely updates for personnel changes Run standard and ad hoc HR reports as needed Payroll Support (Nice to Have)
Assist with payroll data review and audits as needed Support payroll processing functions within ADP (if applicable) Help ensure accuracy of employee pay, deductions, and time data Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with
strong emphasis on recruiting Required:
Hands‑on experience using
ADP
(Workforce Now or similar platform) Payroll processing experience is a
plus , but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) What We’re Looking For
A proactive HR professional who can take ownership of recruiting processes Someone comfortable working in HR systems and maintaining accurate data A team player who can flex between recruiting, HR admin, and light payroll support when needed
