We are looking to hire a
Bid Manager and Delivery Director (f/w/d)
across Germany at the earliest possible date. Highlights of the Digital Foundation Business Role Drive growth and strategy for HCLTech’s fastest-growing business unit, Digital Foundtion. Lead large enterprise deals (>30m€ TCV) across multi-domains (Network, Cloud, Workplace, Service Managenment) across Europe, with a focus on Germany headquartered clients. Design delivery solutions leveraging a global delivery approach, with a strong focus on India Articulate the deal win strategy, and own execution of the deal. Contribute to the commercial win strategy. Establish relationship with C-level client representatives, front-end customer workshops, create the winning proposition. Transition won deals from implementation into delivery execution. Develop clients into successful and profitable engagements. Gain 360° exposure across Sales, Delivery, Technical, Commercial, and Program Management. Accelerated career path with mentoring and senior leadership engagement. Be the cultural bridge to German customers. Experience Required: 15+ years in IT Infrastructure Services – Bid Management, Presales, Solutioning, Transition, Delivery.
