Ideal Partners is seeking someone to come on full-time to join a large enterprise organization. This role focuses on applying AI in real business environments, emphasizing implementation, governance, and adoption rather than model development or coding.
This position is ideal for someone who understands how generative AI fits into enterprise operations and can guide cross-functional teams from concept to sustained business value.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate AI initiatives from intake through deployment Lead agile ceremonies including daily standups and backlog reviews Translate business needs into clear requirements and delivery plans Assess when AI is the right solution versus traditional approaches Support UAT and regression testing, documenting issues and outcomes Coach users on effective AI tool usage and prompt design Support responsible AI practices, risk reviews, and documentation Prepare clear updates and impact summaries for senior leadership What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or similar 1–4 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or emerging technology roles Hands-on exposure to enterprise AI or generative tools Experience leading agile workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams Background in testing, validation, and requirements documentation Strong communication skills, especially with leadership audiences Why This Role
