Intermediate Architect or Designer
for our
New York Studio . Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, develop and detail projects of medium to large scope, with significant responsibility, under minimal supervision Internalize architectural concepts and translate into built form Collaborate effectively with teams of designers, engineers and technicians Oversee and mentor junior staff Explore relevant subject area, define scope, select items for investigation, and develop novel concepts and methods Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ experience with strong technical skills Experience in medium to large scale projects Experience with engineer consultant coordination Experience in construction phase Professional Degree in Architecture (BArch / MArch) Work location

At the time of posting this job, the salary range for this position is between $85,000 – $110,000. Our final compensation decisions include a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and education.
