Intermediate Designer Minimum Qualifications
Professional degree (BA or Masters) in Architecture or Interior Design
Professional license in either Architecture or Interior Design is preferable but not required
3 years post graduate experience working on high-end corporate and hospitality projects in an Architecture or Interior Design firm
Outstanding creative skills and a proven technical background
Experience working on all phases of drawing sets as well as sourcing and specifying FFE
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and REVIT, Sketch-up are required
Self-motivated, energetic individuals with solid graphic and verbal communication skills with the desire to work in a team environment
Candidate must have good relationships with vendors and a solid understanding of where to source the most up to date FFE
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
