We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager/Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and must have a current Property & Casualty License. Applied EPIC knowledge is helpful.
Duties
Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements. Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processes. Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for additional services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system. Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to provide knowledgeable advice to clients. Requirements
Proven experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably within commercial lines. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients. Current Property and Casualty License. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
