Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to manage small to mid-market commercial accounts and provide exceptional service to valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance and proficiency in EPIC software. This is a fully in-office position, offering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Compensation Package
Salary: Up to $60,000 annually (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts.
Manage day-to-day account servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in EPIC software.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fully in-office environment.
