Commercial Lines Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of middle-market accounts, focusing on renewals, marketing, endorsements, and assisting producers with new business marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.
401(k) Plan: Employer matches 17.5% of employee contributions.
Comprehensive benefits package available upon request.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of business exceeding $2 million, focusing on middle-market accounts.
Handle renewals (90%) and new business marketing (10%).
Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and endorsements.
Collaborate with producers to market new business opportunities.
Utilize the Epic software system for account management.
Coordinate with Patra for outsourced administrative tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all client requests and deliverables.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with Epic software is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or generalist accounts is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
