Senior Analyst, Asset Management | CRE Investment Firm | Chicago
We are working with a leading CRE investment firm that is looking for an Analyst to join their fast-paced asset management team, which plays an integral role in managing the firm’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings throughout the US.
This is a high-visibility role, on a high-visibility team, and offers exposure to performance management, strategic planning, transaction support, forecasting, and operations. The ideal candidate will be both polished and technical, as the position involves executive/investor-level interface, as well as complex financial analysis.

Responsibilities
High-visibility role on a high-visibility team with exposure to performance management, strategic planning, transaction support, forecasting, and operations.
Interface with executive/investor-level stakeholders and perform complex financial analysis.
Support asset management activities for a multibillion-dollar portfolio to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
Qualifications
2-5 years of direct asset management experience, working in an institutional environment
Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar from a top-tier university
Ability to present in front of the executive team, as well as perform complex reporting and financial analysis
