Senior Account Finance Manager

Job Description Responsibilities
Develop critical relationships with the customer at a mid-management level.
Handle first level escalation of all customers facing escalated commercial issues.
Work with the account team to develop consistent pricing strategies for quoting new business.
Develop strategies and lead the account team to achieve the business unit's commercial roadmap.
Lead and support both the implementation of long-term price agreements.
Work with the operations team to ensure customer driven issues are claimed back to the customer.
Work with Account Management team to drive for commercial issue resolution.
Actively manage the Targeted business list, profit plan and 5-year plan inputs as required.
Work with account team to manage account receivable issue resolution.
Negotiate and quote engineering changes.
Oversee account team in price management. Ensure bump charts and pricing are managed timely and accurately.
Support cost reduction initiatives and reporting to the customer.
Support CBU General Manager/Sales Director and special projects and program initiatives.
Work with others to maintain some Account Management workload while helping to lead, directly or indirectly, the account management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree in Finance; a technical education, such as engineering, or program management will also be considered.
8+ years’ experience related to account financial management in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
Proven leadership skills.
Negotiation skills (information gathering, analysis, strategies, tactics).
Established experience/understanding of financial product cost (labor, burden, material, SG&A, profit).
