We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with advanced Excel expertise to join our Merchant Services operations team.
If you know the ins and outs of Excel, can rebuild and optimize complex spreadsheets, and thrive in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Rebuild, restructure, and create advanced Excel spreadsheets from scratch Work with formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting tools Input and maintain high volumes of merchant and financial data with extreme accuracy Reconcile processing reports and identify discrepancies Track merchant onboarding documentation and maintain organized digital records Support residual and commission reporting Generate operational and financial reports for leadership Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of data entry or operations experience (merchant services preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are requiredi> Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to improve spreadsheet functionality and streamline reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality Ability to manage large volumes of data with minimal errors Strong written and verbal communication skills Merchant services experience and familiarity with processing terminology (MIDs, residuals, chargebacks, underwriting, etc.) is a plus.
