Key Responsibilities:

Enter bills, invoices, payments, and vendor/customer data into QuickBooks.

Maintain accurate financial records and update spreadsheets as needed.

Verify and crosscheck data for accuracy before submitting.

Support AP/AR tasks, inventory updates, and document management.

Communicate with internal teams or vendors to resolve missing or unclear information.

Requirements:

2+ year of data entry or administrative experience.

QuickBooks experience highly preferred.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Proficiency in Excel; basic formulas required.

Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Reliable, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks.

Schedule:

Onsite, Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm

Compensation:

$21-25/hr.
