Summary Responsible for all daily functions of the Solution Center.
Responsibilities include:
Lead Team Culture & Support a safe & positive experience working with all employees on site
Manage Production Efficiency, Quality Control, Inventory
Develop & execute a strategic sales goal oriented growth plan ensuring customer satisfaction
Full P&L responsibility; optimize expenses while maintaining profitability.
Partner with vendors, purchase order placement, manage supply chain data
Develop spreadsheets & presentation
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years proven experience leading inside, outside sales & operational teams
Proactive & Positive Attitude
Working EH&S Knowledge
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced analytical skills
Excellent Communication skills verbal & written
Proficient in Office 365, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Delivers work accurately & on time
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field
Plastics industry Experience – Mechanical Plastics Fabrication Preferred
Driven to Provide solutions to issues
People first approach
Solid Working knowledge of business accounting, supply chain processes, HR functions
Experience with planning & budgeting
Strong organizational & project management skills
