We are looking for a hands-on On‑Site Support Agent Specialist to join our operations team in Savannah, Georgia. This role serves as a key bridge between Support, Production, and Logistics, ensuring fast, accurate, and solution‑oriented support for our expanding customer base. You will support customers across software, hardware, and logistics, provide live technical assistance using remote tools, and work closely with on‑site teams to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for customers across software, hardware, and logistics Deliver hands‑on remote support using tools such as TeamViewer Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a structured, solution‑oriented manner Act as the on‑site liaison between Support, Production, and Logistics teams Assist with internal testing, diagnostics, and validation of hardware and software Support logistics‑related inquiries, coordination, and issue resolution Document issues, solutions, and processes clearly for internal use Collaborate closely with Support Agents, Team Leaders, and the Support Manager Help improve internal workflows and support processes as the company scales Required Skills and Experience

Experience in technical support (software and/or hardware) Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Highly solution‑oriented with a proactive mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team Basic understanding of logistics workflows is a plus Nice to Have

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini for problem‑solving, documentation, or workflow optimization Experience working with both hardware and software products Familiarity with ticketing systems and support documentation What We Offer
