AHF Products is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Residential Commercial Hybrid Sales Specialist to support and grow our business across West Texas and New Mexico. This remote-based role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving demand, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Must reside in West Texas or New Mexico (preferably in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, or Albuquerque) with the ability to travel 50% of the time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

Identify and target key Builders, Dealers, Designers, and Pool/Outdoor Living Professionals within your territory and develop strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.

Build and manage relationships with end users, architects/interior designers, flooring contractors, and other key buyers, establishing trust that leads to ongoing partnerships and sales.

Proactively pursue new business through networking, social media outreach, and strategic cold calling.

Plan and execute sales‑driving marketing campaigns, special events, and sponsorships to increase brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and achieve revenue goals.

Collaborate closely with customer support and management throughout the specification and order fulfillment process, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.

Support clients with budgeting, and prepare, submit, and manage formal pricing proposals and bids.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM, including customer profiles, contacts, account activity, and project tracking.

Prepare sales forecasts and projections to support team planning and strategic decisions.

Update and maintain libraries and design studios with current AHF Products samples and merchandising materials.

Visit job sites to present the features and benefits of AHF residential product lines, the AHF team, and showroom capabilities.

Deliver polished, professional presentations highlighting AHF Products’ services, solutions, and company strengths.

Occasionally support inside sales efforts and collaborate with the broader sales team to share product updates and integrate specialty items into existing assortments.

Respond promptly to customer needs and provide timely, solution‑oriented feedback on all sales‑related matters.

Stay well‑prepared by researching customers, markets, and competitors before every engagement.

Set clear objectives and execute within AHF Products’ strategic framework to achieve and exceed targets.

Manage and grow residential and commercial accounts within the territory, completing reports and goals on time.

Partner with management to help develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies and action plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university or equivalent work experience

2+ years of flooring experience or residential designer/builder experience, commercial building/design experience

Must reside in West Texas or New Mexico (preferably in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, or Albuquerque)

Flooring product/industry knowledge with established relationships with key decisionmakers in target accounts preferred

Working proficiency in Spanish preferred

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Exceptional knowledge and experience in account based selling strategy

Openness to learning new techniques in product knowledge, training, selling, and problem‑solving

Ability to travel 50% of the time is required (combination of car and air travel)

Work overtime as needed

Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record per AHF Products policy and proof of automobile insurance
