Major/Essential Functions
Provide customer service related to Transfer Evaluation Office to students, faculty, and staff focusing on accurate course equivalency information and Banner student data for TTU Admissions, Advisors, and the TTU Online community.
Evaluate transcripts for current and prospective students through input of accurate information into Banner system and SalesForce CRM.
Prepare correspondence to academic departments regarding student issues, questions, or equivalencies.
Other duties related to projects in the Transfer Evaluation Office as assigned.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience in admission, evaluation, student services, or a related area; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six years.

Advanced knowledge of computer programs – Microsoft Office
Two years of experience with student services.
