As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented real estate professionals, drive sales, and provide exceptional service to our clients. Daily Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Recruitment bonuses available for new agents that you bring on
Required Skills
Experience in real estate sales transactions - ideally both rentals and sales
Comfort with pitching clients on the phone from referral sources like banks, Zillow, and Redfin - we have more leads than we can handle and we want someone who can streamline buyer clients
Ability to travel around NYC, in particular Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens
Strong written and verbal communication skills
