TV/radio + workshops/events supported by in-house execution
In-house appointment setting:
our team books first-time appointments directly onto your calendar
Back-office relief:
trading, billing, and operations support so you can focus on revenue-generating work
Team & mentorship:
entrepreneurial partner group and a collaborative planning culture
Platform flexibility:
multi-custodian advisory platform + affiliated insurance solutions where appropriate
What you’ll do
Convert firm-supplied appointments into new households and
drive net-new asset growth
Deliver comprehensive planning (retirement income, tax strategies, estate coordination) for pre-retirees
Build long-term client relationships and deepen existing ones through a high-service planning model
Must-haves
Licensing:
Series 65 (or Series 66 + 7); KY Life & Health (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Experience:
3–7+ years client-facing planning with a record of converting prospects to clients
Local:
ability to work onsite in Louisville to anchor the new office
Nice-to-have
Retirement-focused planning experience
Prior use of marketing-driven appointment flows (events/workshops/seminars)
