$110,000 - $145,000 / Annually + 10% Bonus

Seeking a
hands-on Regional Credit & Collections Manager
to oversee West Coast collections operations. This role is critical to consolidating teams and processes following acquisitions and driving strong AR performance across multiple distribution centers.
Reporting to the Director of Credit & Collections , you’ll lead a team of
10–15 Collections Specialists , partner closely with Sales and Operations, and own regional collections strategy. While Imperial Dade has a separate credit department, this role leans
heavily toward collections leadership , with collaboration on credit decisions and account strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional collections strategy to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt
Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 Collections Specialists
Partner with Sales on account strategy, escalations, and customer negotiations
Ensure timely order release in collaboration with Distribution Centers
Drive process consistency and integration across acquired locations
Analyze AR metrics and report regional performance to leadership
Qualifications
5+ years of credit and collections experience (distribution or supply chain strongly preferred)
Proven people leadership in a high-volume collections environment
Strong understanding of AR metrics, aging, and risk management
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Ability to travel up to 20% across the West Coast
Location & Schedule
Onsite 5 days/week initially in Loma Linda, CA
Potential for 4 days onsite + 1 day WFH after ramp-up
