What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background required
Bilingual a plus but not required
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and office-ready attire
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
Ability to walk property grounds, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
Saturday availability required
Key Responsibilities
Tour, lease, and renew apartments
Prepare and maintain model units
Maintain accurate property and resident files
Respond to resident inquiries courteously and promptly
Execute leasing paperwork and application screening
Perform daily inspections and support marketing efforts
Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
