Seeking a securities and capital markets attorney with 4-8 years of significant experience for the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office.
Salary: $135,000 - $180,000 per year.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities.
Advising publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards, and corporate governance requirements.
Relevant prior law firm experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Enthusiasm for client service and initiative.
