St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, MD is seeking an Assistant or Associate Director of Admission to begin July 2026. The mission of St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is to know and inspire each child in an inclusive community dedicated to exceptional teaching, learning, and service. Founded in 1978, St. Andrew’s is a co‑educational independent day school, enrolling approximately 735 students in preschool through grade 12. Position Description
Recruitment and enrollment of Middle School students.
Local travel to schools, fairs, and outreach events.
Interview prospective students and parents.
Review applications.
Serve as a member of the Admission Review Committee.
Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment Management.
Engaged member of the school community; can be combined with teaching, coaching, or advising roles.
Compensation
Minimum Annual Salary: $75,000
Maximum Annual Salary: $95,000

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Prior admission experience and/or experience working with middle and upper school students and parents.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to building and sustaining a broadly diverse community.
General flexibility, good humor, ability to work effectively as a team member.
Exceptional time‑management, organizational skills, and follow‑through.
Proficiency with technology and data management systems; prior experience with Ravenna helpful.
Full‑time, 12‑month position, with occasional weekend and evening events.
