The Role:

As an Enterprise AE (Director, Frontline Engagement), you will manage the full sales cycle for high-volume employers. You aren't just selling an engagement tool; you are building financial cases that prove how better engagement directly reduces employee turnover and increases bottom-line profit. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Deal Architecture: Manage complex sales cycles (averaging 160+ days) involving multiple stakeholders from HR to Operations and Finance. Full-Suite Positioning: Move beyond a single-point solution to sell a comprehensive platform that includes AI-driven analytics, internal information hubs, and automated workflows. Value-Based Negotiation: Drive company valuation by prioritizing multi-year contracts and upfront payment structures. Operational Integration: Work with prospects to pull data from their existing systems (Scheduling, Payroll, LMS) into our platform to create a "must-have" integrated solution. Continuous Improvement: Utilize tools like Gong and our proprietary methodology to refine your approach and master the "tribal knowledge" of our most successful markets. Qualifications: Proven SaaS Pedigree: A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $750k+ in a B2B SaaS environment. Financial Fluency: Ability to build an ROI story based on a client's specific business metrics (like a 10% reduction in churn) rather than just software features. Authentic Relationship Building: A "coachable" mindset and a commitment to maintaining our world-class NPS of 90. What’s in it for you?
