Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the friendly face that adds excitement to Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSRs take pride in being part of a beloved brand focused on people-first values, integrity, and brightening every day for our guests.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
Prepare delicious food items including breakfast options, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with age verification for lottery and restricted products.
Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in our stores by following established policies and guidelines.
Perform various store housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and skilled at multitasking.
Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.
Enjoy working within a team-oriented atmosphere.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $20.00, depending on experience and location. Associates in this role will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 AM - 6 AM.
