Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the friendly face that adds the Wow to our brand by greeting and serving our customers with enthusiasm. Join our dedicated team and help us make every day a little brighter! What You’ll Do: Welcome and engage customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and with courtesy. Prepare delicious food items such as breakfast offerings, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station. Handle cash register operations, including payment processing, activating fuel and gift cards, and assisting with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. Keep our stores well-stocked, ensuring that shelves are fresh, full, and inviting for customers. Maintain cleanliness and safety in stores by adhering to all established policies and guidelines. Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation. Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15.50 to $19.25, based on experience and location. Additionally, a $1.50 shift differential applies for hours worked between 12 am and 6 am.
