Balance internal, external and strategic interests to meet the objectives of the company and the business units/operating companies. Communicates, administers, and implements communications related programs, policies, and procedures. The minimum qualifications outlined below apply to the Communications Rep Associate, with increased requirements for the Communications Rep level.***What you’ll do:****Essential Job Functions:*** Provide a range of communications support, including internal communications and media relations, to assigned business unit/operating company.* Monitor operating company social media conversations, including those on Facebook and Twitter, and coordinate engagement/response to those conversations with members of the Communication team.* Gather media data, including social media posts, news postings, and industry articles, to provide operating company leadership and employees feedback on customer and industry conversations and issues.* Provide support to corporate branding through familiarity and support of corporate identity standards in printed and electronic communications.**What we’re looking for:****Education requirements are listed below:*** Bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, communications, public relations, or related degree.**Other Must Haves:*** Physical demand level is Sedentary* Strong written and oral communications and relationship-building skills.* Strong writing and editing skills, creative design skills, and social media competency, as well as presenting their work to others. 3. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
