Customer Service Representative - Overnights Insight Veterinary Wellness Center | El Dorado Hills, CA | Full-time

Are you passionate about supporting pets, their families, and a dedicated veterinary team? Join our team at Insight Veterinary Wellness Center, a hybrid hospital providing both Emergency and Primary Care services. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our patients, clients, and clinical team.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 6pm - 7am (4x10 shifts)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalism

Triage incoming appointments and schedule accordingly

Manage check-in/check-out and payment collection

Provide education to clients about our hospital services and offerings

Facilitate clear communication between clients and medical teams

Support the team with additional duties as needed

About You

Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essential

Strong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quickly

Excellent communicator with compassion for pets and people

Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system

Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus

Able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $20-$22 per hour + $3 extra/hour overnight differential

Team: 8 DVMs, 6 RVTs, 29 Support staff

Facilities: 2 ORs, dental suite, radiology, ultrasound, PRP, Cellfie, in-house lab, Ligasure & cautery
