Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual with a positive attitude to join our production team as a Wide Format Print & Finishing Operator. No prior printing or equipment experience is required—we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training. The right person will learn to operate and maintain our specialized wide-format printers, laminator, and cutter to produce high-quality signs, banners, displays, vehicle graphics, and custom printed products. We value reliability, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take feedback and improve from mistakes.

Key Equipment You Will Be Trained On: Primary Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor wide-format printers to produce prints on rigid and flexible materials following job specifications.

Prepare files for printing using RIP software (training provided).

Load and handle various substrates and media, learning to troubleshoot common feeding or alignment issues.

Apply protective laminates using the film laminator, ensuring clean, bubble-free results.

Operate the flatbed cutter for precise cutting, routing, and finishing of printed materials.

Perform quality checks at each stage of production, inspecting for color, registration, and defects.

Conduct routine equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and report issues promptly.

Follow production schedules to meet deadlines while minimizing material waste.

Keep accurate records of jobs, materials used, and maintenance activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow from design through finishing.

Qualifications & Requirements

No previous wide-format printing or finishing experience required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are far more important.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality—you show up ready to give your best effort every day.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset; you take constructive feedback well and use mistakes as opportunities to improve.

Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a production setting.

Willing and able to learn technical processes, software, and equipment operation through hands-on training.

Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional overtime when production demands it.

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid drivers license.

Reliable transportation.

Preferred (But Not Required)

Any hands-on experience with tools, machinery, manufacturing, or creative production (even unrelated fields) is a plus.

Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.

Interest in signs, graphics, custom printing, or visual communication.
