Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Intake Specialist based in Texas, with flexibility for remote work. The Intake Specialist will manage client intake processes, communicate with clients and potential clients, follow up on leads, gather necessary information for case evaluations, and ensure a professional, compassionate & empathic experience. Additionally, the individual will assist with administrative tasks, updating the CRM, and maintain client records accurately.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with clients, legal teams, and other parties
Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client interactions
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage case files and administrative tasks
Proficiency in using office software and technology for maintaining digital client records
Ability to work in a remote environment, balancing remote work effectively
Previous experience in a legal or related professional environment is a plus
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
