In this role, you will support loan officers and lending staff through a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. You will prepare loan documentation, verify applicant information, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory requirements. This position also plays a key role in evaluating mortgage loan applications to ensure they meet applicable federal guidelines. This is an

position, offering the opportunity to work closely with local leadership, customers, and teammates while making a direct impact within the Mountain Home community. QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE | SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The items listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities necessary for this position. Candidates must be at a minimum, 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED is required. 1-3 years’ banking or loan experience with working knowledge in Loan Processing Platform and Appraisal Review is preferred. Understanding of banking regulations and responsibilities relating to each including a working knowledge of UCC, titles, mortgages and other aspects of the collateral position is preferred. Previous experience in general administration skills, which include keeping an office organized and running efficiently, is preferred. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key and utilization of the internet is required. Willingness to demonstrate

Regularly Scheduled Hours/Week: 40+ | Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | Extended working hours may be required. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Prepare and review loan documentation for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans and serve as a liaison to ensure accurate exchange of information. Coordinate loan closings and ensure required documentation meets regulatory and audit standards. Facilitate communication between Loan Officers, customers, appraisers, attorneys, branch staff, title companies, insurance providers, and other third parties. Assist with administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, reporting, and ensuring loan files are in compliance. Review mortgage loan applications to confirm adherence to Ability-to-Repay (ATR) and Qualified Mortgage (QM) rules per the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA). Assess borrower financial capacity and identify red flags related to potential fraud, misrepresentation, or inability to repay. Adhere to strict confidentiality to maintain customer confidence and protection of bank operations. Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner and copier. Proficiency with internal bank software, FCM/ImageCentre, and Loan Operations Platform will be required. Able to hold a valid driver's license, have access to reliable transportation for arriving at work on time, work on-site at assigned location, and a willingness to extend working hours when necessary.
