We are looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Success Account Manager to handle a diverse portfolio of smaller customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving customer satisfaction and retention through effective use of dashboards and reporting. You'll manage multiple customer relationships efficiently, providing valuable guidance and engagement to ensure our clients achieve success with our products and services. Note:

This role will also cover the Southwest Wisconsin territory. Your Key Responsibilities: Issue Management

Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for your assigned accounts. Address routine customer inquiries with standard solutions and escalate complex issues as necessary. Collaborate with sales, support teams, and UPS operations to deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions.

Value Creation and Proposals

Engage proactively with existing customers to enhance value and reduce churn. Conduct virtual check-ins and performance reviews to assess satisfaction and explore areas for improvement. Identify upsell opportunities and guide customers to additional resources for greater value. Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling to drive account growth. Educate customers on product offerings and ensure high levels of product adoption.

Territory Management

Effectively manage a large portfolio of accounts with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Monitor customer health metrics to gauge satisfaction and preemptively address churn concerns.

Feedback Collection

Update UPS DRIVE with retention data and plan next steps for preventing churn and fostering growth.

Qualifications: 0-4 years of experience in customer success, support, or similar customer-facing roles. Experience managing SMB accounts. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements. A data-driven mindset to inform decision making. Excellent written communication skills. Employee Type:
