Job Description:
This position will support customers in Bloomington, IN, Columbus, IN, and Seymour, IN.
Summary
The Signature Customer Success Supervisor will lead engagement with a diverse portfolio of smaller customers, focusing on maximizing satisfaction and retention. By leveraging dashboards and data reporting, you will provide effective support tailored to each client’s needs. In this role, you will ensure consistent communication, identify opportunities for growth, and help customers fully utilize our solutions and products.
Key Responsibilities
Issue Management
Act as the main point of contact and advocate for assigned accounts.
Address routine customer inquiries with standard solutions while escalating complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate with sales, support teams, and UPS operations to implement effective supply chain solutions.
Value Creation / Proposals
Engage proactively with existing customers to enhance value and minimize churn.
Conduct regular virtual check-ins and performance reviews to assess satisfaction and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities for low-touch upselling and guide customers to valuable resources.
Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling to drive account growth.
Promote product adoption and educate customers about our products and services.
Territory Management
Efficiently manage a large portfolio of lower-tier accounts to ensure scalability.
Monitor customer health metrics to assess satisfaction and proactively prevent churn.
Feedback Collection
Maintain accurate records of retention data in UPS DRIVE and plan next steps for churn prevention and growth.
Qualifications
0-4 years of experience in customer success, support, or related customer-facing roles.
Experience managing SMB accounts preferred.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements effectively.
Data-driven with a focus on metrics.
Excellent written communication skills.
