WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR IN-HOME COMFORT CONSULTANT
Commission-based sales experience
Valid driver's license
Motivation to meet goals and targets
Preferred
- In-home, consultative, or high-ticket sales experience
KPIs Include:
Running 2 to 3 qualified leads per day
Maintaining a 35% close rate or higher
Closing tickets worth an average of $10,000+
WHAT TO EXPECT
Working from
8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
with some weekends and evenings when needed
Building positive relationships with potential customers to foster trust in your knowledge and our HVAC services
Conducting in-home consultations and inspecting residential heating and air conditioning systems
Identifying opportunities for upgrades or replacements and presenting options to the customer
Performing load calculations, system evaluations, and equipment sizing, and helping customers choose the right equipment
Generating price estimates, explaining financing options, and encouraging customers to close deals
Collaborating with service technicians and installers to explain project scope and ensure we provide the high-quality service the customer is expected to receive
