We handle heating and air conditioning needs for the Amarillo, TX Metro, and we're hiring a communicative person to help add more business to our books. GREAT PAY We offer a base wage and commission, and you'll have an earning potential of $150,000+ per year based on sales success. WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE AS OUR COMFORT ADVISOR You'll typically work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some weekends and evenings as needed. You'll be responsible for connecting with prospective customers and selling them the right upgrades and replacements for their current HVAC systems. The right person is outgoing, detail-oriented, and truly motivated to help the customer. Responsibilities include: Completing in-home HVAC consultations and identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunities Performing load calculations, system evaluations, and equipment sizing Building trust with customers and explaining how our services can benefit them Clearly presenting equipment solutions, pricing estimates, and financing options to the customers Answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping customers choose the right equipment for their needs Coordinating with installation teams and assisting the service department to ensure a smooth project hand-off Comfort Advisor Goals: Run 2 to 3 qualified leads per day Maintain a 35% close rate or higher Close tickets worth an average of $10,000+ REQUIREMENTS Commission-based sales experience Valid driver's license Motivation to meet goals and targets Experience with in-home sales, consultative sales, or high-ticket sales would transfer well to this position!
