Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team in mid‑March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand‑new Porsche dealership from day one!
Key Responsibilities
Accurately ordering and sourcing parts to meet service needs.
Providing timely and accurate quotes to service advisors, service technicians, and retail customers.
Ensuring effective communication by providing updates on parts availability, delivery timelines, and pricing.
Supporting service technicians and advisors by quickly addressing parts inquiries to minimize downtime.
Communicating parts and delivery concerns with the manufacturer to get resolution when necessary.
Assisting with inventory, receiving, stocking, shipping, and ordering when necessary.
Actively identifying opportunities to enhance and improve efficiency within the parts department.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an automotive parts department is required.
A customer‑focused, detail‑oriented professional with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
A self‑starter who is eager to contribute to process improvements.
Familiarity with CDK is strongly preferred.
Experience with parts inventory systems used by Porsche is highly preferred.
We offer competitive wages based on job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. For highly qualified candidates, compensation typically starts in the range of $56,000 to $80,000 annually.
