Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to support our Austin operations. This role involves assisting drivers and visitors, answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring a positive experience in parking and public access areas. The ideal candidate is attentive, helpful, and comfortable interacting with the public in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist drivers and visitors in parking and public access areas
Provide clear directions and information regarding parking procedures and site guidelines
Respond to customer questions and resolve minor concerns professionally
Monitor the area to ensure smooth vehicle and pedestrian flow
Communicate any issues, incidents, or safety concerns to supervisors
Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times
Qualifications Minimum requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to remain calm and helpful in busy environments
