As a member of the Pro Customer Service and Sales Team, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales by utilizing product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations. Deliver exceptional service based on unique project needs. Assist at the Pro Desk, manage materials loading, and oversee deliveries. Provide specialized knowledge in paint and other products. Teamwork is essential as we collaborate to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot's competitive advantages.
